Foxhollow Farm Center is a not-for-profit Education and Conference Center. We are located at the heart of Foxhollow Farm . Foxhollow Farm is a lush 1300-acre grass fed beef and vegetable farm located just North of Louisville. Our core values of ‘living in harmony with the earth’ and ‘developing harmony and balance within ourselves’ are the founding principles of our educational programs.

The Foxhollow Farm Store is located right next to the Farm Center and sells Foxhollow Farm grassfed beef, vegetables, and other locally produced items such as cheese, honey, chicken, eggs and more! This is all in an effort to promote local farms, chefs and artistans, while still supporting local food security. All proceeds are then used to benefit the Foxhollow Farm Center and its educational programs.

Our Vital Foods Program offers healthy cooking classes and gardening workshops using organic and bio-dynamic methods. We also grow vegetables using these methods as our primary farming practices. From Spring through Fall, you can find our nutritious vegetables at local farmers markets and here on the farm.
